At GR-Collective, all items are made to order. To ensure your items arrive in time, please include your event date at checkout. This allows us to properly schedule production and shipping to meet your needs.
Processing times vary based on customization and order volume. While we do our best to meet all event dates provided, GR-Collective cannot be responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Once your package has been shipped and accepted by the postal service, the package is no longer under our control. GR-Collective is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
We strongly recommend selecting an appropriate shipping method and placing your order well in advance of your event date to avoid delays.

All items are handmade, custom, and personalized, and are created specifically for each order. Because these products are not resellable, no return policy is offered.

Order Issues
Each order is carefully reviewed prior to shipping. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error caused by us, please contact GR-Collective within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be evaluated and addressed at our discretion.
